招聘产品工程师和测试工程师。因为就是我参与的项目团队，所以比较了解，而且和招聘的经理也关系非常好。所以纯粹是帮忙，解决他们的燃眉之急。
产品工程师是希望能够有产品定义(definition)，特性分析（characterization), 量产准备的经验。如果能够懂ATE测试就更好了。
测试工程师希望能够有ATE测试程序开发的经验。要懂测试机台，比如T2K, 93K（最好93k),还要会编程。
另外，由于是加入新产品开发的团队，所以整体氛围要求比较有责任心，分析解决问题能力强，工作有效率。最好人在苏州，或者今后准备定居苏州。

1. Staff/Sr. Product Engineer:
Job Purpose & Position Summary
Product Develop Engineer is responsible for new product (dGPU) bring up, follow up whole NPI process from ASIC tape out, production ramp up, till hander over to sustaining group.
The Senior engineer is expected to provide technical expertise on product definition, characterization, test point definition, reliability qualification, production flow design and implementation.
Job Responsibilities
●Primary Duties:
1. Provide technical assistance and resolution when engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after, new product bring-up.
2. Lead a team of engineers in meeting group objectives.
3. Understand a product based on silicon/test data, define product bounding box.
4. Understand the ATE test and define/execute the ASIC characterization flow
5. Define production test point with characterization result
6. Support reliability qualification task before massive production.
7. Support the ENG sample delivery for internal/external customer.
8. Design and implement the production flow, ramp up production with committed schedule.
9. Plan and maximize available resources.
10. Formulate plans and lead a team to achieve Section goals and objectives.
11. Follow up long term strategy to enhance technical experience.
12. Provide technical consultation to all wherever applicable.
13. Garner and coordinate technical development work with consortium and academic institution.
14. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. (manager) Able to provide supervisory role for technical staff.
●Secondary Duties:
1. Draft & review of product bring up plan/roadmap.
2. Integrate/develop new methodology/ technical feature

Job Qualifications
●Must Have:
-Education:
1. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics with preferred 4+ relevant years of experience
2. Diploma in any engineering discipline with preferred >6yrs relevant experience
-Language: English
-Experience: 4 >6 years
● Other Qualifications (Plus Requirements):
1. Expertise in thermal control, test and measurement, instrumentation and test equipment development.
2. Well-versed in semiconductor manufacturing, software and test equipment development processes.
3. Good analytical mind, Interpersonal & communication skill.
4. Shows mastery and breadth of a technical discipline and is recognized in their area(s) of specialization.
5. Has demonstrated successful leadership of a technical project or program.
6. Key contributor of creative solutions to technical challenges. Contributions should include generation of patents and trade secrets as appropriate.
7. Ability to mentor others in a technical capacity.
2.Test engineer:
Job Purpose & Position Summary
Develop, debug & deploy ATE test solutions and test patterns. Automate test content conversion process across tester platforms.
Job Responsibilities
●Primary Duties:
1. Understand test requirements, methodologies & develop test solutions on ATE platforms.
2. Adopt both native ATE environment and customized software architecture, as applicable, in test program development
3. Explore, develop and validate test pattern generation/conversion tools.
4. Bring up, qualify & fan-out developed test programs to test and characterization teams
5. Standardize test methods & implementations across different ATE platforms and programs
6. Communicate/Cooperate effectively with US counterparts, product groups & other support groups

Job Qualifications
● Must Have:
1. Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates with several years of relevant experience may be considered for senior position
1. ATE Test program development experience is essential.
2. Experience on AdvanTest T2K/Verigy 93K/Credence Sapphire will be an added advantage.
3. Good understanding of digital testing concepts.
4. Programming skills in C++ & Java. Knowledge PERL & Python scripting languages is welcome
5. Good problem identification, problem definition and problem solving skills
6. Self-motivated & independent with strong interpersonal & communication skills
7. High responsibility in the work
8. Be fluent in reading/writing and speaking in English
9. Be familiar with UNIX OS operating command

3. Staff/Sr. Test engineer (for SCAN)
1.Development and debug of test/characterization patterns, programs, and test flows
2.Analysis of part failures leading to root cause diagnosis & test flow improvement
3.Analysis of device performance and characterization data on new Silicon Designs
4.Ensuring device testability and manufacturability from development through production
5.Optimization of test flows for increased quality and cost improvement
6.(MTS) Position is a team lead position, which includes driving & managing team deliveries & technical issues with a small group of engineers as well as individual contributor level functions
7.Other duties as assigned by supervisor. (manager) Able to provide supervisory role for technical staff.
