中华矽智网(SIPMall)是东莞松山湖硅知识产权暨集成电路服务中心（Dongguan Songshan Lake Silicon IP and IC Service Center，简称IPCC），为提升集成电路设计产业经验和硅知识产权交易所设立的网络平台。http://www.sipmall.org/
中华矽智网SIPMall隶属于IPCC。IPCC则是东莞松山湖科技产业园区与秉亮科技（苏州）有限公司合作成立的政府主导性质的集成电路产业服务平台。IPCC依托亚洲最大IC设计服务暨硅知识产权(Silicon IP)研发公司—（中国台湾）智原科技股份有限公司的管理团队,以打造国内第一个高级IC设计与IP复用技术服务中心为目标，帮助芯片设计公司缩短开发周期，完成系统级芯片SoC（System on a Chip ）的研制，让IC产品能够快速量产销售，创造利润的最大化。

SIPMall is the web platform of Songshan Lake IPCC where IC design industry experiences and silicon intellectual property right transactions are promoted. It relies on the most vigorous IC designing and application companies in the Zhujiang Delta region to provide individualized silicon intellectual rights technology and transaction services for IC industry companies in Mainland China and Greater China regions. SIPMall has collected IC industry knowledge and successful experiences, and it will drive the IC designing innovation in Dongguan through technical cooperation and assistance to help chip designing companies shorten the development cycle, complete the research and manufacturing of SoC (System on a Chip), realize quick mass production of IC products and maximize profits.
